There is no longer an obligation to wear masks in the hotel – but please maintain a minimum distance from other guests and wash your hands several times a day.

Regulations for Children:
Children under the age of 12 are currently exempt from the requirement to provide proof of entry.
Children from the age of 12 require a proof of a low epidemiological risk: The 2.5 G rule (vaccinated, recovered or PCR test) applies to entry into Austria. Analogous to the generally applicable framework conditions, 2-G proof is generally required, for example, for entry into accommodation, gastronomy, sports facilities, leisure facilities, ski lifts or at events. For school-age children, however, the
“Ninja Pass” issued by Austrian schools is equivalent to the 2-G certificate.
For children of compulsory school age in Austria who can show a valid proof of testing (at least 2 PCR tests per week) even during the non-school hours from Monday to Friday, this continues to be considered as 2-G proof. All further details, especially regarding documentation, are currently being worked out together with the Ministry of Health. The validity period for antigen tests is 48 hours and for PCR tests 72 hours from sample collection. This system is also to apply to children (up to the age of 15) travelling to Austria who do not have a “Ninja Passport”.
Additional information for the COVID-19 proof requirement for children aged 12-15 and the Ninja Pass Holiday can be found here.
