In the Hotel Universo, the health and safety of our guests and staff is very important to us. Our thoughts are always on maintaining particularly high standards of cleanliness in our hotel. So you can enjoy a trouble-free and safe holiday here with us, we have carefully put in place all the statutory and recommended measures. We always ensure these are up-to-date!
A relaxing holiday in the Universo
The Hotel Universo ensures that you will be able to feel great all-round during your holiday. Throughout the hotel, at all the core entrance areas, there are sanitiser dispensers. There is no longer an obligation to wear masks in the hotel – but please maintain a minimum distance from other guests and wash your hands several times a day.
