Starting point: Komperdellbahn intermediate station

Character:
„Like something from the paint pot of that great painter – nature“.
From the richly coloured ‘hawk’s beard’ to the deep blue gentian, to the crimson orchids, you will find everything here in a very small space.
When you take part in a guided tour, you learn the names and hear stories about these ‘wonders of nature’ from our hiking guides.
For those of you who go it alone, there are signposts with the names of the flowers and information boards.

Outline: From the intermediate station for the Komperdellbahn (S201) head north on the wide path to WW (S202). Proceed on path 20 (Quellenweg) until you reach the junction (S203). From here, follow the BW signposts. This is a circular hike: – “Plojen” – to “Plansegg” – bear left “Kearb” – “Laustal” and back to Komperdell.
