Out and about in Serfaus

Hiking in the high mountains is always a very special experience

The only thing that can sometimes stop you is the effort until you reach the summit. Not so in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. Firstly, due to the plateau location of the villages, you are already at 1,200 – 1,400 m and secondly, there is the easily hikable Panorama Pleasure Trail. If you take the gondola to the Komperdell middle station in Serfaus, for example, the mountain pleasure starts here. On a wide, well-maintained hiking trail, the route leads without major differences in altitude in the direction of Fiss to the Möseralm.

Outline: The trail begins directly at the Komperdellbahn mid-station (S201) and runs over the Gampen and flat across the Serfauser Jochwiesen meadows through the Königsleithewald forest to the Sunliner mountain station. You will then find yourself in the rustic resting forest, where you will reach the Möseralm after a short ascent.

Experience nature

The magnificent panorama and the numerous almost 3,000-metre peaks before your eyes allow you to experience nature intensively. You can then take the gondola down to Fiss – if you want, you can also walk the route and hike through freshly mown flower meadows to the smallest village of Ladis. The Panorama-Genussweg is of course the same hiking pleasure the other way round. The entire trail is suitable for prams!
