Payment terms

You can settle your hotel bill in cash or using a debit card. Please note that we do not accept credit cards. Prices listed are per person and day, and include all taxes, excl. local taxes of € 2,60 per person and day (payable by those aged 15 and over).

Ski passes

Ski passes can of course be added to your room bill.

Catering

A breakfast buffet is included in the price of a double room. Apartment prices do not include any catering services. In this instance, breakfast is charged at € 18,- per person and day, children € 9,- per child and day.

Holiday periods

During the school holidays in Austria, minimum 7 day stays are available, with arrival on Saturday only.
Please note the price surcharge of 10% for shortfalls of up to 5 days.

Late Check-Out

If you would like to enjoy your holiday for longer, on the day you are due to depart, you can hire a lockable changing room in the wellness area (with shower and changing options), for € 40,-.

Underground garage

For the duration of your stay in our hotel in Serfaus, a space in our underground garage is available for an added charge of € 15,- per day. Please note that a limited number of spaces are available.

Final cleaning

Thorough final cleaning of your apartment is a one-off and dependent on the apartment category.

Additional beds & children’s beds

On request, we are happy to provide you with additional beds in your apartment. There is a charge of € 20,- per person and day for an additional bed.
For children up to the age of 2 a cot is provided free of charge. For children aged 2 and over, there is a charge of € 6,- per child and day.

Wellness & SPA

Use of our wellness area is free of charge during your holiday.
Healthful, healing massages can also be additionally booked as individual services.

SUPER.SOMMER.CARD.

The adventure and activity card from the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis holiday region provides you with free or discounted entry to numerous attractions. It is included with your summer booking.
