Our motto for 2022
2020 and 2021
We can now say that a challenging time is behind us. A time filled with restrictions. A time in which our radius became smaller and we reflected on ourselves. We became aware of one thing – how valuable freedom is, even if it is no longer a matter of course…
We have been considering the matter somewhat here in the Hotel Universo. Let’s leave these gloomy thoughts behind us! We prefer to look forward and are getting ready for what is to come.
We have been thinking about freedom as a theme. What does that mean for us? For us personally, as a business, for all our guests? What is that makes our freedom?
We want to consider this motto in the near future. After all, in the Hotel Universo in Serfaus we believe that together we will our find our freedom.

Our hotel is a place where the emphasis is on freedom. Feeling good and feeling free – these take precedence here with us. With us you have free choice – whether you would like to stay the night in a spacious apartment or in a lovely room. Whether you would like to indulge in relaxation in the wellness area or speed down kilometre upon kilometre of pistes in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski region. The freedom is yours. Everything is possible!
Yet the most important thing of all for us is the freedom to enjoy the loveliest moments on holiday with the family. We want to give you the gift of this freedom.
