Our last motto was characterised by the power of sticking together and being connected. We clearly felt how great it is to enjoy beautiful moments in life together. Moments of happiness trigger strong emotions in us, they touch us deeply and make us sustainably happy. Our motto for 2024 revolves around the magical power of touches.
Touch makes us happy, but what actually constitutes “touches“? The beautiful moments that touches our hearts and enrich our lives are never lost. The miraculous power of touches gives each individual, the community, our guests and our hotel a sense of connection and harmony.
We at Hotel Universo in Serfaus are firmly convinced that touches work in many different ways. It is good for our body and soul and is an expression of a special closeness. They say a lot without the need for words!
Far too often we underestimate the power of touches, be it in the form of a hug or touching things, because they all have the potential to turn a life upside down and make us change our way of thinking.
