An inviting welcome
Touches makes you happy. On arrival at the Hotel Universo, our guests are greeted not only by breathtaking nature, but also by a warm smile and a heartfelt hug. This feeling of belonging was a recurring theme throughout the summer. It’s the small gestures – the friendly word at reception, the enticing aroma of freshly brewed coffee at breakfast, the soft light shining through the windows of our cozy rooms – that make everyone feel at home.
The beauty of nature
This summer, the area surrounding our hotel turned out to be a true paradise for hiking enthusiasts and nature lovers. The mountain world of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis offered our guests the breathtaking beauty of the Tyrolean Alps, from colorful meadows to glittering mountain lakes. A special highlight was the Six-Senses-Trail, a unique path that touches the body, mind and soul. Here, hikers could sharpen their senses and experience nature intensively: feel the soft forest floor, breathe in the fresh scent of resin and listen to the chirping of birds. Every step became an unforgettable experience that deepened the connection to nature and left lasting memories.
The sunset at the idyllic “Wolfsee” was a particularly magical moment. The colors that transformed the sky into a living painting touched the hearts of our guests and created an atmosphere of connection. In these quiet moments of awe, everyone shared the feeling of being part of something bigger.
Retreats for body and soul
Our 500 m² wellness area was a true retreat for body and soul this summer. Here, our guests were able to relax and unwind in the soothing warmth of the saunas. After a sauna session, the ice grotto and Kneipp pool offered a refreshing cool-down, while the indoor pool provided fun moments for the whole family. In this harmonious ambience, everyone recharged their batteries and experienced special touches – be it the gentle warmth of the saunas or the soothing lapping of the water.
However, the relaxing moments were only part of the magical experiences that characterized the Hotel Universo. The everyday encounters – the warm conversations between our guests and the dedicated team – also left lasting impressions.
Review and outlook
When we look back on this summer, we feel the warmth of all the beautiful memories we created together. There were moments of silence and wonder, laughter and joy that touched us all. The Hotel Universo was not just a place to stay, but a retreat for emotions and experiences.
